GUARANTEE

All New & Reproduction parts are guaranteed against defects in workmanship & materials.  Liability of JOHN'S CLASSIC COUGARS is limited to the replacement of the defective part.  If you are not satisfied with a parchase & wish to make an exchange or return, we ask that you contact us for an RGA.  To expedite the process, please have the following information ready: description of part quantity, nature of return (new or warranty), invoice number, & date of purchase. RGA's for new merchandise will be issued within 30days of purchase.  ALL returns are subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS. Special orders, discontinued, or non-stocking items are not returnable.  Warranty returns must meet all terms of our manufacturers & JOHN'S CLASSIC COUGARS.  ALL returns must be freight prepaid. COD returns will be REFUSED.  If JOHN'S CLASSIC COUGARS is in error, we will pay the freight both ways.  Returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED on the following items: ELECTRICAL PARTS, BOOKS, OR ITEMS WITH WHICH INSTALLATION HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED. NO OTHER WARRANTY IS WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED

Our goal is to handle your return promptly & fairly.

CLAIMS

It is the responsibility of the CARRIER for delivery of merchandise in good condition.  Please inspect all parcels in the presence of the carrier.  If there is an item that arrives damaged, please notify the CARRIER immediately.  They will in turn get in touch with us.  YOU WILL NOT BE BE REIMBURSED FOR ANY CLAIM RETURNED DIRECTLY TO OUR SHOP.

REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

ALL RETURNS are subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.  ALL returned items must be freight prepaid & insured.

BACKORDER PROCEDURE

Occasionally we may be termporarily out of stock on some items.  Please bear with us & we will ship the backordered item(s) out just as soon as they are available to us from our distributor.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping rates are for average sized items and orders.  Additional charges may apply for oversized parcels.
